Advising on the Change in the shareholding structure of KAN Sp. z o.o.

We are pleased to announce that Sadkowski and Partners advised KAN Sp. z o.o., a leading manufacturer and supplier of modern installation systems in Poland, with annual revenues of approximately EUR 160 million, on a strategic change to its shareholding structure. As part of the transaction, Aalberts reduced its stake in KAN to 45%.
