On 17 November, the training session “BizTech: Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights – Opportunities, Challenges, and the Boundaries of Creativity in the Age of Algorithms” will take place as part of the Warsaw Chapter of the Business Centre Club. The session will be led by Elżbieta Delert-Wiącek – Managing Associate and Advocate in the Intellectual Property Law Department at Sadkowski and Partners.

During the event, our expert will address the following questions:

  • What can be created with the help of artificial intelligence, and how?

  • How is authorship determined when a work is created with the involvement of an algorithm?

  • What are the current positions regarding intellectual property rights in the context of AI?

  • How can AI tools be used legally and safely in creative work and communication?
