Higher education institutions, due to their specific nature and social role, are obliged to comply with rigorous regulations, including the implementation of teaching programs, recruitment principles, and regulations concerning academic degrees. On the other hand, public universities classified as entities within the public finance sector are subject to public procurement law, which is why we have often provided them with advice in this area. In our past activities, we have also cooperated with higher education institutions on labour matters. We have supported such institutions in issues related to employment contracts, salaries, terms of employment, and dismissals.
