Katarzyna Majer-Gębska and Mikołaj Górny to lead an online training session for IDM

A paid online training course will already be held on 24 April ‘The new National Money Laundering Risk Assessment and AML market management at brokerages’, organised in cooperation with the Chamber of Brokerage Houses (IDM). The training will be conducted by:

• Katarzyna Majer-Gębska – Managing Counsel and Attorney-at-law in the Capital Market Law Department;
• Mikołaj Górny – Lawyer in the Capital Market Law Department.

The presentation will address, among other issues:

• Risk assessment of institutions in the context of the new National Risk Assessment;
• The use of artificial intelligence in the AML process;
• Whistleblowing of AML and investment firms versus the new draft law implementing Directive 2019/1937;
• The process of cooperation with the authority during an AML inspection.

The training will be held in an online format on 24 April 2024 (Wednesday) from 10:00-13:00.
