Katarzyna Majer-Gębska and Mikołaj Górny will lead a training on AML for IZFiA.

On December 9th, an online training titled “Current Challenges for Investment Fund Companies in the Area of AML” will take place, organized by the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management (IZFiA).

The training will be led by experts from our law firm:

• Katarzyna Majer-Gębska – Managing Counsel and Attorney-at-law in the Capital Markets Law Department
• Mikołaj Górny – Lawyer in the Capital Markets Law Department at Sadkowski and Partners

The training will cover problematic issues related to the implementation of financial security measures, including the identification of the ultimate beneficial owner, as well as adapting institutions to the EBA guidelines and the KNF position on AMLRO.

Our experts will present in an online format on December 9th, 2024 (Monday) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
