On May 21, an online training titled “AML Package – How to Prepare for the New Anti-Money Laundering Regulations” will take place, organized by the Institute of Accounting and Taxes.
The training will be led by an expert from our law firm: Katarzyna Majer-Gębska – Managing Counsel and Attorney-at-law in the Capital Markets Law Department.
The session will cover key changes in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT), including new obligations related to risk assessment, identification of beneficial owners, verification of client ownership structures, and the application of financial security measures.
