The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy plans to establish the Office of the Employee Rights Ombudsman.
A proposal that previously was not submitted for parliamentary work now has a chance to reach the Sejm as a government initiative. However, the idea has sparked considerable controversy. Critics also point out the risk of duplicating already existing tasks and institutions.
