We are witnessing a wave of restructuring and collective redundancies in the Polish labor market. This process began in 2024 and indications suggest it will continue into 2026. Some legal experts see this as a sign of an approaching global economic crisis, while others point to a growing trend of companies relocating operations to countries with lower labor costs.
