Marcin Frąckowiak to deliver a talk on workplace bullying

On 11 June, the conference “Workplace Bullying? Find a Solution.” will take place, organised by the National Labour Inspectorate and the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Lublin. The event will be held in the Blue Hall at the seat of the Lublin Voivodeship Office.

During the conference, Marcin Frąckowiak – Managing Counsel and Legal Adviser in the Employment Law Department at Sadkowski i Wspólnicy Law Firm – will share his practitioner’s perspective on a workplace bullying case.

The conference will also cover the following topics:

• psychological and emotional causes of bullying;

• workplace bullying in case law;

• mediating workplace bullying cases;

• internal anti-bullying policies;
