On October 1 at 9:30 AM, a meeting of the HR Group of the Katowice and Małopolska Lodge of the Business Centre Club will take place, led by Marcin Frąckowiak – Managing Counsel, Attorney-at-law in the Labor Law Department at Sadkowski and Partners.
During the meeting, participants will learn how to prepare their organization for the changes coming into effect on November 5, 2026, and what actions employers should take well in advance.
The program includes:
- what changes regarding mobbing and discrimination will come into effect on November 5,
- what their practical effects will be for employers,
- how to prepare the organization for new obligations,
- what elements the anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination policy should include,
- what the rules for reporting and investigating irregularities, preventive and training actions, and corrective measures should look like,
- how to provide adequate support to individuals affected by mobbing or discrimination.
Of particular importance will be the new obligations regarding establishing rules, procedures, and the frequency of actions within the company aimed at preventing mobbing, discrimination, violations of the principle of equal treatment, and employee dignity and other personal rights.
