From September 23-25, the Polish Congress PZP WARS.ZAM 2024 will take place, serving as a nationwide online gathering of public procurement professionals. The event is organized by Must Read Media.

Our Presentations

During the congress, two of our experts will be presenting. The first presentation will take place on September 24, 2024, from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM. Marta Owczarczyk, Attorney-at-Law and Director of the Public Procurement Law Department, will deliver a lecture titled “Appeal to the National Appeal Chamber – Practical Issues.” On the third day, September 25, 2024, from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM, Michał Szczęsny, Attorney-at-Law in the Public Procurement Law Department, will present on the topic “Bid Bond in Procurement Procedures – Practical Considerations.”

 

More About the Congress

This three-day event will be held online. The Polish Congress PZP WARS.ZAM 2024 will cover various topics, including:

  • The procedure for supplementing and clarifying documents and bids,
  • The shortening of bid submission deadlines due to urgent procurement needs,
  • The annulment of procedures with irremediable defects,
  • Dispute resolution in public-private partnership contracts.
