The payment terminal relief was introduced as part of the ‘Polish Deal’ along with other reliefs, including robotisation and prototype relief. It was intended to provide an additional tax incentive for businesses that start accepting payments using a payment terminal. It may also have a positive impact on reducing the occurrence of barriers to making sales.
