Meeting of the HR Group Business Centre Club Katowice and Business Centre Club Małopolska
18.09.2024 / News / Employment
On 19th September, there will be a meeting of the HR Group Business Centre Club Katowice and Business Centre Club Małopolska. The event will feature our experts from the Labour Law Department – Marcin Frąckowiak and Weronika Mołczan.
Topics to be discussed
Important changes are coming! A law is being “quietly” negotiated, under which:
- every employer will be required to allow union representatives onto the premises for union agitation;
- employers with at least 50 employees will be required to encourage the conclusion of a collective agreement under the threat of fines (an agreement that provides benefits exclusively to employees, extending their rights beyond the Labour Code).
During the event, Marcin Frąckowiak – Managing Counsel and Legal Adviser, along with Weronika Mołczan from the Labour Law Department, will discuss the draft of the new Collective Labour Agreements and Collective Agreements Act, as well as the upcoming changes.
Date and venue
The conference will take place on 19th September 2024, from 11:00 to 13:00. Participants will meet at Restaurant 36, located at 36A Wojciech Street, Katowice.
