- Risk to personal data in connection with the publication of land and mortgage register numbers
The availability of land and mortgage registers, and in particular access to the data contained therein, is the subject of a growing number of analyses and calls for legislative work to ensure an adequate level of information security. It is pointed out that the main objective of the proposed changes is to protect and secure personal data from being obtained by unauthorized entities and from being used in a way incompatible with the original purposes of processing.
- Finalisation of work on the so-called “Builder’s Bible”
According to media reports, the Ministry of Development and Technology is finalising work related to the new building regulations contained in the draft amendment to the regulation on technical conditions that buildings and their location should comply with, referred to as the so-called ‘builder’s bible’. The aim of the planned amendment is to improve the design standards of multifamily buildings, with a particular focus on the accessibility of housing for people with disabilities.
- Draft law requiring developers to disclose housing prices
On 3 April 2025, the first reading was held of the project of amendment of the law on the protection of the rights of the purchaser of a residential unit or a detached house and the Developer Guarantee Fund, the assumptions of which were reported in the September issue of the Newsletter.

Our expert pointed out that amendment to the Aviation Law, concerning, among other things, the obligation to notify the Minister of National Defence of building structures between 50 and 100 metres in height that are not entered in the register of air obstacles, was signed by the President of the Republic of Poland on 20 March 2025.
