Definitions:

  1. Controller – Sadkowski i Wspólnicy Sp. k. based in Warsaw at ul. Grzybowska 4 lok. U-7A, 00-131 Warszawa, listed in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000676368, REGON [business entity statistical number]: 146995691, NIP [tax identification number]: 5252573850.
  2.  Cookies – small text files stored on the User’s device while using the Site and any other similar technologies used to collect information about the User’s activity on the Site. Cookies may come from the Controller or from the Controller’s trusted partners.
  3. Site – the website operated by the Controller at https://sadkowskiiwspolnicy.pl/.
  4. User – any natural person visiting the Site.

The Site uses Cookies, to which the User consents by accepting a pop-up screen upon first entry. The consent may be revoked or modified at any time without stating the reason.

Cookies are used by the Controller for statistical and analytical purposes.

The Site uses two main types of Cookies

  • “session” – temporary files that are stored until the Site is left or the web browser is turned off;
  • “persistent” – stored on the User’s end device for a period specified in the Cookie settings or until the User removes them.

The Site uses the following types of Cookies:

  • essential – installed to provide the User with access to the Site and its basic features, therefore they do not require the User’s consent. Without essential Cookies, the Controller will not be able to provide Site services to Users;
  • functional – they allow to store Users’ preferences or choices (such as language, text size or other adjustable elements), and the Controller uses them only if the User consents thereto;
  • analytical – they allow for checking the number of visits and traffic sources on the Site. They help identify which pages are more or less popular as well as understand how users navigate the Site. The Controller uses them only with the User’s consent;
  • marketing – they are used to deliver advertisements that are in line with Users’ interests and preferences. Based on the information from these files and activity in other sites, Users’ interest profiles are built. The Controller uses them only if the User consents thereto.

The devices used may also store cookies from other entities (third parties), including Google Inc, and social media, whose plug-ins will be implemented on the Site.

The Site includes redirections to Facebook and LinkedIn that directly connect the User to the Controller’s profiles on these sites. Information on the purpose, scope and method of processing of the data collected by these entities is available in the policies of these sites.

The Site uses Google Analytics, an online tool for analysing site statistics, made available by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to continuously analyse how users use the Site. The information generated by the cookie about site use (including IP address) will be sent and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information to assess the User’s use of the site, create site traffic reports for website operators and provide other services related to website traffic and Internet use. The Site uses the Przelewy24 plug-in in order to execute online payment transactions (e.g. for participation in training and events organised by the Controller). Information on the purpose, scope and method of processing the collected data is available in the policies of payment service providers.

Cookies used on the Site do not store personal data or other information collected from the User. Using cookies does not allow for downloading any personal data or confidential information from the User’s device.

Cookies enable the transfer of information to third parties as part of the Controller’s use of tools supporting day-to-day business provided, for example, by Google.

The validity period of the Cookies used is as follows:

  • 369 days for _ga and _ga_GXXX files;
  • 366 days for _gid files;
  • 12 months for pll_language files.

Disabling or limiting the operation of Cookies may cause difficulties in using the Site and displaying it properly as well as limiting its functionality.

The User can delete Cookies by selecting appropriate settings in their web browser.

The terms of use and privacy policies of the sites to which the Users are redirected by means of links on the Site are posted on such sites.

The Policy shall be reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary. The current version of the Policy has been adopted and effective since 2023.
