• the amendment to the aviation law was signed by the President of the Republic of Poland on January 8, 2025 and will enter into force 14 days after its publication;
• the amendment of the geodetic and cartographic law and the spatial planning and development law came into force on December 12, 2024;
• the amendment of the waste act came into effect on January 1, 2025.
