In the July issue of the Real Estate Law Newsletter, we inform you about:

The latest legal changes regarding the technical conditions of buildings and their location. Key changes include, among others: the distance of buildings from the plot boundary, parking spaces for disabled people, and biologically active surfaces.
The adoption by the European Union of Directive 2024/1275 of 24 April 2024 (the so-called EPBD Directive) concerning the energy performance of buildings, aimed at promoting the improvement of the energy performance of buildings and reducing greenhouse gas emissions to achieve zero-emission building stock by 2050.
The draft amendment to the Building Law Act being considered by Parliament, which aims to simplify the procedure for notifying the architectural and building administration authority of a change in the use of a building or its part.

The Minister of Infrastructure has approved a new Master Plan for Chopin Airport, which significantly changes the previously covered area by the plan;
