In the latest issue, among others:

• on March 3, 2025, a draft law amending the law on planning and spatial development and certain other laws was published by the Ministry of Development and Technology;
• on February 25, 2025, the Minister of Infrastructure published a draft amendment to the Act of July 3, 2002 – Aviation Law, which includes a number of changes, including those concerning general plans for public airports;
• risks related to the concept of “connection of real estate with conducting business activity”.

In the latest edition of the legislative updates, Barbara Hornowska, a Trainee Attorney-at-Law in the Real Estate Team at Sadkowski and Partners. Our expert pointed out that on February 7, 2025, a draft law on solutions to increase the availability of land for housing construction was published. It was prepared by the Ministry of Development and Technology. The project envisages abandoning the definition at the national level of a minimum ratio of the number of parking spaces to be provided in a housing development carried out using the tools introduced by the special housing act.
