- End of prolonged proceedings concerning the removal of trees – 60-day deadline for the authority
Currently, the government is processing a draft amendment to the Nature Conservation Act concerning the procedure for notifying the intention to remove a tree, which in particular provides for a reduction of the time for considering an application for tree felling to a maximum of 60 days.
- New features of the mObywatel application in the field of land registers and the national court register
Amendments to the regulations concerning land and mortgage registers are also provided in the draft act amending the Act on Land and Mortgage Registers and the Act on the National Court Register, published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre on 7 November 2025.
- New obligations for private property rentals within the scope of the national e-invoice system (KSeF)

Our expert pointed out that:
- Government draft bill amending the Construction Law and certain other acts, including provisions aimed at accelerating the investment and construction proces and reducing the burden on investors, was submitted to the President for signature on August 5, 2025.
- The parliamentary project of the act amending the act on spatial planning and development and certain other acts, concerning, among other things, the improvement of ongoing work in municipalities on the preparation of a general municipal plan, was signed by the President on 27 November 2025.
- The government’s draft amendment to the Act on the Protection of the Rights of Purchasers of Residential Premises or Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund and certain other acts, providing for regulations to increase the transparency of the real estate market, including the establishment of a free Housing Transaction Data Portal (DOM), was signed by the President on 27 November 2025.
