In the latest issue, an expert advice is provided by Barbara Hornowska – Trainee Attorney-at-Law in the Real Estate Team at Sadkowski and Partners. Our expert pointed out the legislative efforts aimed at simplifying the procedure for notifying the architectural and construction administration authority of a change in the use of a building object or part thereof. Among other things, the draft provides for the abolition of the requirement to submit a certificate of compliance of the intended use with the local zoning plan.
