Significant court success of Sadkowski and Partners in the case of the Brokerage House

We are pleased to announce that the District Court in Warsaw (as the Court of Appeal), after 6 years of litigation in which our Law Firm represented the defendant – a Brokerage House, ruled that there were no grounds to establish that the Brokerage House was liable for the loss of funds from a margin deposit in the FOREX market and dismissed the individual’s appeal against the favourable ruling for our Client by the Court of First Instance. The judgment is final.
