Successful court ruling for the Family Law Team!

We are pleased to announce that in March 2025, we successfully reached a court settlement in which paternity was acknowledged, as well as the determination of high alimony and reimbursement of childbirth costs.
The case was particularly complicated as the child’s mother is a citizen of a non-European Union country, which the opposing party tried to use to their advantage. As a result, the opposing party attempted to discourage the fight for the child’s rights – to guarantee familial identity and secure financial support for the child’s upbringing. Thanks to the dedication of our team, we managed to bring the case to a peaceful, favorable resolution for our client and her minor child.
