During the previous many years of practice, he gained experience in both individual and collective labour law, with a particular emphasis on the subject of trade unions. He has many years of extensive experience in the field of day-to-day legal advice, as well as in the field of client representation before common courts in disputes in the field of labour law.

Participant in proceedings before anti-mobbing committees and representative in matters concerning claims arising from the application of mobbing and discrimination against employees.

Thanks to the cooperation with one of the largest trade unions in Poland, he gained experience in matters related to collective bargaining processes, creation and implementation of autonomous sources of labour law, collective disputes and group layoffs.

Conducts training in the field of labour law and in the area of rights and cooperation with trade unions.

He is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw and the Center for English and European Law (the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw). Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
