Junior Specialist
She specialises in a broad range of migration law and human rights. She gained her initial professional experience during her studies, completing internships, among others, at the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Equal Treatment Team, and working as a lawyer in non-governmental organisations.
In her professional career, she has primarily focused on providing legal assistance to individuals seeking international protection in Poland. She regularly visited detention centers, as well as open and closed centers for foreigners, to conduct individual consultations with foreigners and assess their legal situations. Additionally, she has drafted legal documents and articles on migration and refugee law.
At Sadkowski and Partners, she supports legal projects related to the legalisation of stay and work for foreigners. Her responsibilities include direct contact with the clients and representing them in administrative proceedings concerning the legalisation of stay and work in Poland. She assists in preparing and submitting the appropriate documents to the authorities, providing legal support throughout the procedure.
Furthermore, her areas of interest include humanitarian law and labour law, particularly aspects related to equal treatment and non-discrimination, workplace diversity, and privacy protection.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She studied for a semester at the Free University of Brussels as part of the Erasmus+ Programme.
She has participated in numerous international courses and programmes, including the Dentons Privacy Academy 2022, the Academy of Human Rights and Civic Activism organised by Humanity in Action, the 23rd International Humanitarian Law School organised by the Polish Red Cross, and various human rights training sessions.
