Anna Kuleszyńska, PhD

She manages a team of lawyers of the Tax Law Department in the following branches: Katowice, Czestochowa and Cracow. 

Her practice includes tax consultancy in restructuring processes, and she has extensive experience in handling tax and customs inspections and tax proceedings. She is involved in tax law due diligence, the drafting of tax procedures and the issuing of opinions on issues relating to value added tax, income tax and issues at the intersection of civil and tax law. She gained her professional experience working in large Polish law firms dealing with tax consultancy, and is also involved in day-to-day tax services for large business entities.

With numerous successes, she represents clients before the tax authorities of both instances, as well as before the provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. She has extensive experience in VAT fraud and due diligence disputes.  

Author of numerous publications on tax law. A respected university lecturer and tax law training provider.

She holds a degree in law from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin and a postgraduate degree in Tax Strategy from the Academy of Economics in Katowice.
