Barbara Hornowska

She has been involved in civil and administrative law since the beginning of her career. Since 2017, she has practiced in Warsaw law firms providing services to commercial companies and individuals. She has experience in supporting large entities in the insurance sector.
She has gained experience in real estate as an in-house lawyer, independently providing legal services to a real estate development group. She has represented companies in proceedings before authorities, courts and clients, conducted legal research of real estate, participated in negotiations, prepared and reviewed real estate sales contracts, development agreements, construction contracts and other contracts concluded at every stage of the investment process. She has provided legal support to all departments of the company including managing the company’s corporate affairs.
Graduate of Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. During her studies, she completed the Business Law course designed for the best students, organised in the form of postgraduate studies, allowing her to participate in master’s seminars in private commercial law, public commercial law and financial law, as well as monographic lectures and seminars in this field. During her studies, as President of the Administrative Law Research Club, she co-organised national scientific conferences, administrative law workshops and other projects of the university. She is currently doing attorney-at-law traineeship at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
