Bartosz Żak

Trainee Advocate

Since the beginning of his professional career, Bartosz has primarily dealt with private economic law in its broad sense, in particular as regards company law and M&A transactions. He also has experience in providing day-to-day services to corporate entities and in antitrust procedures.

His previous experience includes working in other law firms in Krakow which focus on economic and commercial law.

Prize winner in subject competitions organised by the Jagiellonian University’s Faculty of Law and Administration. Active participant in national scientific conferences on economic and commercial law. He organized the national competition on M&A transactions and numerous workshops as a member of the economic and commercial law students scientific association at the Association of Law Students’ Library of the Jagiellonian University.

Graduate of Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University where he received a diploma with distinction. He received the scholarship of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University awarded to the best students three times. Currently, a trainee attorney-at-law at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
