She specializes in developing pre-process strategies and conducting criminal proceedings, with a particular focus on economic criminal matters. Starting from the premise that servicing business clients in these matters begins with prevention, she, as the director of the criminal law department, is responsible for devising plans to minimise economic risk. Having completed Certified Compliance Officer training, she leads and supervises legal audits, particularly focusing on minimising risks in the realm of criminal law in various industry enterprises. This includes minimising risks associated with management personnel and business security, verifying and regulating organizational governance, describing risk maps, and minimising liability on a criminal law level, securing trade secrets, and preventing unfair competition.

With extensive experience in initiating effective legal actions from the pre-investigative stage, before bodies such as the Prosecution Service, Police, ABW, CBŚ, CBA, Tax Office, Customs Office, she defends the accused in all instances of jurisdictional proceedings, representing convicts in the executive criminal proceedings stage, especially in cases of deferment and suspension of unconditional imprisonment.

In the field of family matters, she successfully represents parties in divorce, alimony, and custody proceedings. She maintains extensive cooperation with organizations and institutions supporting families, particularly within processes related to the custody of minors, psychologists, psychotherapists, collaborating in family proceedings to fight for a parent’s rights to care for and raise a child, as well as to establish contact. In carrying out the right to initiate evidence, she establishes and cultivates contacts that allow for the collection of effective factual and procedural evidence, which is used effectively in pre-trial and court proceedings.

She completed a postgraduate programme in EU Funds and the postgraduate programme ‘Church Courts and Administration’ at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Supervises the work of the Canon Law department, providing comprehensive legal advice, especially in cases concerning the declaration of marriage nullity before a church court. 

She completed the prosecutors training at the Łodz prosecutorial circuit. She is currently registered as an advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.
