Dennis Żebrowski

Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been involved in commercial and business law. He has experience in providing comprehensive legal services to commercial companies, particularly in the areas of ongoing corporate advisory, company formation and transformation, as well as handling business mergers.

He has advised clients in corporate disputes and in matters related to broadly understood restructuring and bankruptcy law—representing both debtors and creditors.

He has also gained professional experience in other law firms in the Silesia region, where he provided corporate legal services to commercial companies and legal advice to private entities in the field of commercial and business law.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Since 2025, he has been undergoing legal training for attorneys-at-law at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice.
