She provides support in the field of broadly understood administrative law, in particular legal services for developers at the stage of purchase and implementation of investments, conducting due diligence of real estate, advising on issues related to construction law or spatial development, including in administrative and administrative court proceedings, drawing up, among others, complaints to provincial administrative courts.
In her professional work, she also provides support on issues of implementation of personal data protection policies, commissioning of data processing, obligations of data controllers and processors, data sharing and data storage, and conducts training on personal data protection.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, she defended her master’s thesis on the Polish data protection supervisory authority after the entry into force of the GDPR. Currently, an attorney-at-law trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
