She conducts procedures of verifying the rights of clients based on the contracts they concluded on the use of works, in particular, for employee works, licences and contracts transferring copyrights.

She advises clients on changes in procedures and documents, which allow them to use the R&D tax relief and IP Box tax relief and allow their employees-creators to apply 50% tax deductible costs. She provides services related to day-to-day consultancy in the area of protection of intellectual property rights and protection against unfair competition.

She has participated in the proceedings related to the infringement of patent rights, including international ones, right to the business name and infringement of rights to internet domains.

She has conducted proceedings related to combating unfair competition, with particular emphasis on breaches of trade secrets by employees, and proceedings related to the breach of the non-competition clause. She has conducted audits in the area of intellectual property rights.

She has experience in preparing and negotiating implementation and licence agreements, agreements on the transfer of proprietary copyrights and agreements on the transfer of rights to trademarks.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, entered into the list of advocates at the Warsaw Bar Association.
