Ewelina Miłobędzka

She has experience in day-to-day servicing of employers in the field of labour law, in particular in the field of drafting employment contracts, documentation related to employment restructuring and in-house sources of labour law.

She advises clients at the pre-trial stage, participates in the preparation of procedural documents and represents clients in common courts. 

Her areas of interest include working time, mobbing and discrimination as well as methods of amicable settlement of disputes.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Defended Master’s thesis in the field of civil law with a very good result prepared under the supervision of prof. UKSW dr hab. Jadwiga Pazdan. Currently, registered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
