As a specialist in the field of real estate law, he supports entities operating on the construction market in full service of investment projects, from the stage of investment preparation (support in the course of real estate acquisitions, due diligence), through the preparation and negotiation of investment contracts and the stage of investment implementation, up to the settlement of the contract with project participants. He participated in due diligence of the real estate for entities from the production, automotive and hotel industries and for the purposes of locating large-format stores.

He represents entities in disputes arising from the implementation of construction investments and related to legal and physical defects of purchased real estate, both at the pre-trial stage and in common courts.

As a project leader, he developed a comprehensive action strategy for an international tycoon in outdoor advertising for the needs of several hundred administrative proceedings related to the location of advertising billboards in the largest agglomerations in Poland. He successfully appeared before administrative authorities and courts. He supports activities aimed at creating rational and good local law in the form of landscape resolutions, including by participating in the procedure of passing these acts. He advised in the negotiations on the commercial real estate market, in particular on triple net lease agreements for warehouse space.

Author of a series of publications for legal journals, including for ‘Rzeczpospolita’.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Graduate of the Postgraduate Studies ‘Legal and Economic Foundations of the Investment Process’ at the Warsaw School of Economics. Advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association.
