Jakub Zawadzki

He provides day-to-day advice to clients of the Law Firm in the area of new technologies law, copyright law and industrial property rights.

He has drawn up contracts for computer software based on various business models (transfer of rights, licence, Infrastructure as a Service, Software as a Service). He advises on resolving disputes regarding IT contracts and IT software, including out-of-court (ADR) procedures. He draws up and helps in the implementation of strategies to protect the intellectual property rights of developers and producers of computer software.

Graduate of Law and Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He defended his master’s thesis in the field of copyright with a very good rating. Since 2017, a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
