She manages and oversees the operations of the Administration Department in four offices of the law firm.
She actively participates in preparing documentation, reports, summaries, and procedures related to the functioning of the law firm. She maintains ongoing relationships with the law firm’s clients regarding legal service contracts, drafts contracts and offers for clients, as well as tender documentation. She closely cooperates with the law firm’s partners and Managing Partner in the HR domain – drafting employment and cooperation contracts, and handling tasks related to salary settlements.
She also cooperates with business partners, clients, and suppliers, including negotiating terms of signed contracts. Additionally, she participates in the planning and monitoring of the law firm’s budget implementation. She develops initiatives aimed at increasing the functionality of the office and also organizes business meetings and integration trips. She also manages real estate and assets within the Sadkowski i Wspólnicy Group. Supervises investment processes and property acquisitions.
Graduate of Jagiellonian University in Cracow with a degree in Political Science. She also completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Lazarski University in Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies at the University of Lodz, obtaining a Property Manager license in the field of commercial real estate management.
