He specializes in insolvency and restructuring law, as well as civil and commercial law. He advises businesses, creditors, and debtors on restructuring and insolvency matters, representing them at every stage of insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

He has extensive experience in conducting insolvency and restructuring proceedings, developing litigation strategies, and providing ongoing legal advice to businesses in these areas. His practice also covers matters relating to directors’ liability and the ineffectiveness (avoidance) of legal acts. In addition, he specializes in drafting, reviewing, and analysing civil law agreements.

His practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses facing financial distress and representing stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring proceedings. He also serves as an officeholder in insolvency proceedings. By combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of the economic aspects of business operations, he delivers practical solutions that address both legal requirements and clients’ commercial objectives.

He is an Advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association and a licensed restructuring advisor. He graduated in law from Łazarski University in Warsaw, where he also completed postgraduate studies in restructuring and insolvency law, as well as postgraduate studies focusing on the economic and managerial aspects of restructuring and insolvency. He is also a graduate of the Corporate Academy (Akademia Spółek) at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

He is fluent in English.
