Trainee Advocate
During his studies, he was a member of the Civil Law and Criminal Law section at the student legal clinic, where he additionally served as a board member and coordinator of the Civil Law section for one term. He also gained experience in renowned law firms, primarily handling criminal proceedings.
n his professional work, he provides advice on criminal law and fiscal criminal law, with a particular focus on issues related to economic crime. He represents clients before courts and law enforcement authorities at every stage of criminal proceedings, as a defense attorney for the accused and as a legal representative for the victims. In the stage of executive criminal proceedings, he particularly represents convicted individuals in cases concerning conditional early release and serving prison sentences under electronic monitoring.
A graduate of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Cracow University. He graduated with honors, achieving an excellent academic record. During his studies, he was awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for outstanding academic performance three times and was a member of the International Public Law Scientific Circle.
Currently, a trainee advocate at the Cracow Bar Association.
