He specializes in broadly defined M&A transactions, including the sale of equity rights, reorganizational procedures of capital groups (including processes related to mergers, divisions, and transformations of commercial law companies). He conducts due diligence investigations in all areas of business activity. He provides advice on project financing transactions, including the preparation of necessary documentation for securing the interests of both creditors and debtors. Additionally, he advises on ongoing business support for corporate entities. Additionally, he engages in pro bono activities for foundations and associations.

As a PhD Candidate, his research focuses on the analysis of the broader issues of cross-border corporate reorganizations.

Co-author of a Commentary to the Commercial Companies Code, author of numerous scientific and popular-scientific publications with both national and international reach.

He gained professional experience in renowned international law firms and at the European Parliament in Brussels.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. During his studies, he went on an international exchange program to study at Hong Kong Baptist University and Singapore Management University – School of Law. He also pursued studies at the British Law Center – University of Cambridge. Currently, PhD Candidate at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.
