Office Manager (Warsaw)
She coordinates the work of legal assistants and the reception team at the Warsaw office of the Firm, ensuring the efficient organisation of the administrative team and the effective execution of day-to-day operations. She oversees the office’s daily functioning, supports the onboarding of new employees, and ensures the smooth operation of administrative processes.
She supports the Civil Law and Litigation, Administrative Law, Public Procurement, and Insolvency, Restructuring and Enforcement teams. She liaises with courts, public authorities, and other institutions. She is responsible for monitoring and recording procedural deadlines, including hearing dates, deadlines for filing appeals, and limitation periods. She compiles and prepares procedural documents, reviewing them for linguistic, grammatical, and editorial accuracy while ensuring their professional presentation. She oversees the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintains and organises court case files for the supported practice groups. She also prepares court hearing schedules and coordinates administrative support related to litigation proceedings.
She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Firm’s Warsaw office, including office supplies, cooperation with external service providers, organisation of maintenance services, and supervision of office equipment. She processes and records expense invoices, maintains the cash report, and manages the Firm’s vehicle fleet. She also supports recruitment processes within the Administration Department by participating in candidate interviews and oversees the onboarding process for new employees joining the Warsaw office, ensuring their smooth integration into the organisation.
She graduated in Management with a specialisation in Business Information Systems from the Bialystok University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the University of Bialystok.
