Kinga Trzcińska-Krawczyk

From the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with broadly understood commercial, civil and economic law. She gained experience in Krakow law firms, practising corporate services for commercial companies and advising private entities in the area of commercial and economic law.

As part of the Law Firm, she provides advises on economic and commercial law, with special emphasis on commercial companies law. She has experience in court proceedings in commercial cases (including those related to corporate disputes) and registration cases as well as in conducting reorganisation of enterprises (especially processes related to divisions, transformations and mergers of commercial law companies).

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of History of Jagiellonian University, where she studied History with a specialisation in Archival Studies. An attorney-at-law entered on the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Kraków Bar Association. She also completed the School of Italian Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, conducted in cooperation with the Università degli Studi di Catania, graduating with a very good result.
