Magdalena Janik-Zielonka

One of the Firm’s key litigators, Magdalena Janik appears in and handles a number of court cases. She specialises in particular in civil, commercial, family and claim collection litigation. Her area of professional interest also includes acquisition of ownership in real property, and civil law, in particular topics related to obligations in contract and in tort, and enforcement of different types of damages. She is also interested in debt collection, law of ownership, inheritance law and family law.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy of the University of Wrocław, she also completed the postgraduate programme ‘Church Courts and Administration’ at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Attorney-at-law, registered on the list at the Opole Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
