Lawyer, PhD Candidate
She specialises in providing legal services related to broadly understood economic law and capital market law to companies. She has extensive experience in carrying out the reorganization of enterprises (including processes related to mergers, divisions and transformations of commercial companies) and in planning their structures. She advises on corporate disputes and M&A transactions as well as on regulatory issues of the financial sector. She has carried out audits and legal research of companies in the regulated sector, including in particular investment fund companies. She supports the Law Firm team in conducting registration proceedings and in acting before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Her main areas of interest include issues related to corporate reorganisation processes, Compliance, corporate governance, counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing (AML / CFT) as well as issuing and trading in securities.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw with honours. She is a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw.
