She specialises in public procurement law, public finances law and the broad category of economic and commercial law, including insolvency and restructuring law. 

She has vast experience in providing legal advice in public procurement law cases, which includes client representation before the National Appeals Chamber and the Court of Procurement. She provides advisory services to large public and sectoral procurers throughout the entire process of public procurement proceedings. In addition  she represents clients in proceedings related to the enforcement of public procurement regulations within the scope of public finances control and the implementation of projects co-financed by European funds.

The team under her supervision provided legal support for the largest public procurement procedure in Poland for public transport services over an 8-year period, valued at over 1 billion PLN.

As a licensed restructuring adviser, within the scope of bankruptcy and restructuring law practice, she provides comprehensive advice to both businesses and individuals, representing the interests of debtors and creditors. She advises board members on risk mitigation in crisis situations. In cooperation with experts from other departments, she provides end-to-end, best-in-class legal services for companies and institutions.

She conducts training in the field of public procurement law as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law, both in open and closed formats, tailored for specific clients. Conference speaker at industry events

Author of legal publications, including in the quarterly ‘Public Procurement Law’ by C.H. Beck and ‘Procuring Authority: Public Procurement in Practice’ by Must Read Media.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw and the Collegium of Management and Finance, a postgraduate programme in public procurement law and policy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
