Mateusz Kordalewski

He specialises in company law and M&A transactions. He supports clients in reorganisations, company formation and ongoing corporate services. He conducts due diligence reviews and participates in the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.

He gained his professional experience in the Corporate/M&A departments of international and domestic law firms, advising both domestic and foreign investors on transactional and restructuring projects. He also advises private clients on wealth management and the development of tailored corporate structures.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in “Company Academy” at the Warsaw School of Economics.
