He specialises in public procurement law and the implementation of projects financed from EU funds. He has been involved in public procurement from the beginning of his professional career.
He provided legal assistance to contractors and ordering parties in the implementation of large infrastructure contracts, including the construction of national and express roads. He has extensive experience in controlling public procurement procedures financed from EU funds.
On a daily basis, he supports public procurers (including sectoral ones) and contractors. He represents the beneficiaries of EU funds in proceedings regarding financial corrections and reimbursement of EU funds. He successfully represents clients before the National Chamber of Public Procurement and the Court of Public Procurement.
He conducts trainings in the area of public procurement. Author of numerous legal publications in the field of public procurement law.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. He completed his attorney-at-law traineeship; entered into the list of attorneys-at-law at the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
