Mikołaj Sołtysiak
Trainee Attorney-at-law
From the beginning of his professional career, he has been dealing with broadly understood civil and economic law. In particular, he is interested in contract law, the impact of crisis situations on liabilities, promissory note law and security of receivables.
He also gained experience in law firms in Krakow and in the Civil Law Section of the Student Legal Clinic at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
Winner of the first place in the 23th National annual competition for a summary of a Supreme Court, Constitutional Tribunal or Supreme Administrative Court ruling in the category of civil law. Winner of the 1st place in the 2nd National Moot Court Competition in Civil and Civil Procedure Law CIVILIS. Laureate of many professional competitions organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. An active participant in national and international scientific conferences devoted to private law.
Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University with honours. Four-time scholarship holder of the Rector’s scholarship of the Jagiellonian University for the best students. Currently, a trainee attorney-at-law at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
