Oliwia Świder

Since 2019, Oliwia has been professionally involved in the legalisation of foreign nationals’ residence and employment in Poland. She has gained her experience in both the public and private sectors – working as a Provincial Inspector at the Foreigners’ Affairs Department of the Silesian Voivodeship Office, as well as a specialist responsible for employment legalisation matters at law firms.

On a daily basis, she advises foreign nationals and employers, providing comprehensive support in the field of residence and work legalisation for non-EU citizens, registration of residence for EU citizens, as well as employee relocation processes to Poland. She has extensive knowledge of procedures concerning temporary and permanent residence, EU long-term resident status, and work permits (including seasonal work permits). Aware of the challenges faced by foreign nationals and their employers, Oliwia focuses in her work on reliability, clear communication and attention to detail at every stage of the proceedings.

A graduate of the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Silesia in Katowice, specialising in Russian language – Business Language.
