Paulina Zalcman

She has extensive experience in civil law with a particular focus on the conclusion, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, including construction contracts, development contracts and IT contracts. 

She drafts pleadings in commercial cases both for proceedings before common courts and arbitration courts. She advises clients on pre-dispute activities, in particular drafting summons, letters and conducting settlement negotiations. She prepares legal opinions on post-trade advice, including M&A agreements. She is actively involved in conducting due diligence for capital transactions. She is involved in arranging investment and real estate transactions, including the use of bonds and their collateral up to a total amount of PLN 10,000,000. She is experienced in successfully conducting injunctive relief proceedings on behalf of the Firm’s clients.

Graduate from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economy at the Wrocław University. As part of a scholarship programme, she also studied at Paris Lodron University of Salzburg, Austria. Entered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
