Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been involved in broadly understood private business law, particularly in the areas of corporate law and the reorganization of capital structures.
He specializes in comprehensive legal services for companies across various industries — from their establishment, through ongoing legal support of their operations, to M&A restructuring processes.
He has extensive experience in creating and reorganizing international capital structures, as well as in the establishment and legal support of family foundations, including equipping them with key assets.
He has advised clients on family wealth management and generational succession in the Private Clients practice, particularly through the use of the Polish family foundation.
Previously, he gained experience at renowned law firms in Kraków specializing in business and commercial law.
He graduated with distinction in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He also studied at the University of Antwerp as part of the Erasmus+ program.
He is fluent in English.
