He manages the Commercial Law Department in Warsaw.
From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with commercial law. The main areas of his practice include the processes of structuring and restructuring of both Polish and foreign business ventures. Within structuring activities, he advises, inter alia, on creating holding structures and specific corporate governance, allocation of assets and determination of cash flows increasing the effectiveness of the business and / or enabling the security of key assets. He directly supports or supervises reorganisation activities within the existing corporate structures, including cross-border structures, including, inter alia, transformation processes of business entities (transformations, mergers and divisions of commercial companies), redomicillisation, processes related to the transfer of assets of the enterprise as well as due diligence processes preceding specific restructuring activities and transaction processes.
He has experience in creating structures to secure private property and enabling the establishment of customised rules of its succession, including the use of foreign private foundations.
He also advises on corporate disputes, both at the pre-trial and court stage. His procedural practice is, first of all, focused on legal remedies available to partners of commercial companies under the Commercial Companies Code (control rights, actions to set aside or annul resolutions, actions for dissolution of the company, etc.). His area of specialisation also includes day-to-day corporate services and advice on the application of AML regulations to corporate structures.
Earlier, he gained experience in one of the leading law firms in Wrocław.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. In 2017, he defended his master’s thesis on restrictions on the marketability of shares in limited liability companies. From January 2018, entered into the list of advocates at the Warsaw Bar Association.
